GERMAN WAR DIES
Søren Peter Sørensen Chicago`s last Surviving veteran of the war between Germany and Denmark in 1848 died of old age Sunday night at his home of his daughter Mrs. Thora Nyboe, 1785 North Talmann avenue.
He was born in Vejle, Denmark in 1825, and came to Chicago in 1872. Two sons Peter and John Sørensen, and three daughters, Mrs. Charles Wilson. Mrs. Lars Christensen and Mrs. Thora Nyboe survive him. There are fifteen grandchildren. Funeral services will be hold at 2:30 o`clock Wednesday afternoon at the Danish Baptist church Kildare and Belden avenues
