PARKSLEY . Laura Anne Kan-
neworff Dereng, 90 , of here, died
Tuesday, Nov. 13. 1900, in the Acco-
mack County, Nursing Home of
heart faliure.
Dereng was born Virginia, a
daughter of the late Einar and Cal-
lie Guy Kanneworff. Her husband
Adolph W. Dereng, died in 1972.
Dereng was formerly a teacher
in Newport News, Wa, a Presbyte-
rian and a member of the Gray La-
dies.
Dereng is survived by two sons,,
Durwood A. Dereng of Parkeley,
and Viggo G. Dereng of
Clarksville, Va; eight grandchil-
dren; 10 grand-grandchildren and
seven great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held to-
night at 7:30 in the Williams Fune-
ral Home in Parksley.
The Rev. Daniel Menser and the
Rev. William Cathell will officiate
Interment will be in Woodlawn Me-
morial Park in Virginia Beach,
Vs, Saturday at 11 a. m.
