Sheriff Believes Charges Unlikely
Provo-Probably no action will be taken by the Utah county sheriff`s office against Talmadge Simmons, 15, of Spanish Fork, driver og the automobile which fatally injured Conrad Nybo, 7, son of Mr. and Mrs. C. L. Nybo of Spanish Fork, Sunday night, Sheriff E. G. Durnell said on Wednesday.
Although the Simmons youth is legally to be driving a car, parents of the Nybo child feel that the afair was purely accidental and do not care to prss charges. Shheriff Durnell said he was informed. Spanish Fork officers reported Wednesday. However, the sheriff said he will go to Spanish Fork Thursday ti check further on the case.

CHILD DIES OF AUTO INJURIES

Funeral Rites Sct. Friday in Ward Chapel at Spanish Fork

SPANISH FORK - Conrad Lundegaard Nybo 7, died at 2 a. m. on Wednesday at his home of injuries suuffered Sunday, when he was struck by an automobile driven by Talmandge Simmons, 15, son og Mr. and Mrs.Gower Simmons.
The child was born June 23, 1924 at Scoffeld, a son of C. L. and Effie Strong Nybo, who have lived here five years. He is survived by his parents; two sisters, Jane and Ardelle; two brothers, K. Nybo and an infant; his grandparents Mr. and Mrs. John A. Strong of Springville, and Mr. and Mrs. M.K.Nybo of Saltlake.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p. m. Friday in the Second Ward L. D. S. chapel, with interment in the Spanish Fork city cemetery. The body is at the Claudin funeral home.
